Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) or Remote (US). Remote teammates must be able to travel to Nashville, TN at minimum twice per year for company-wide events.

Salary: $180,000–$225,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead a team of consultants responsible for delivering clean, scalable foundations at go-live for lending clients.
• Own outcomes for lending implementations from onboarding through early expansion readiness.
• Leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual work and improve delivery consistency.
• Drive performance metrics including Time to Second Value (TT2ndV), ARR onboarded, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Act as a senior strategic point of contact for key lending clients during onboarding.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to improve implementation workflows and surface product gaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending or finance (required).
• Experience leading client-facing teams in implementation, onboarding, or delivery roles.
• Must be able to travel to Nashville, TN at least twice per year for company events.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, domain-fluent practitioners.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
