Salary: $228,800 - $279,800 USD

What you will do
- Define and drive a cohesive global social media strategy aligned with brand, reputation, and commercial goals across regions.
- Build and lead a high-impact distributed team, including regional leads, strategists, creators, and influencer specialists.
- Create a scalable global-to-local content framework and governance model for all major platforms.
- Drive innovation in creative formats and implement AI-assisted workflows for real-time trend engagement.
- Establish global KPIs and measurement frameworks, leading cross-market reporting and social listening.
- Partner with global Brand, Media, Creative, PR, and Digital teams to ensure messaging is consistent yet locally relevant.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading social media or digital marketing, ideally across multiple international markets.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling global social programs with localized execution.
- Proven experience managing diverse, distributed teams within matrixed organizations.
- Expertise in social media tools, governance, campaign architecture, and analytics.
- Fluent English proficiency; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site from Needham, MA or NYC.
