What you will do

• Lead the full product lifecycle for assigned modules, from customer research to deployment and maintenance.
• Translate business use cases into detailed technical specifications and prompts for AI development tools.
• Utilize AI platforms to generate and refine code, troubleshooting and debugging AI-generated output.
• Design and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and API guides.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and customer support teams for seamless feature integration.
• Research emerging AI tools and define coding standards for AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language and associated frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered code generation and prompt engineering principles.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including advanced SQL querying and data modeling.
• Experience designing testing infrastructure and integrating it with CI/CD pipelines.
• Must be based in LATAM.
