Solutions Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (AI): Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations for an AI-first marketing platform with an accent on technical discovery and architecture design. Focus on translating product capabilities into customer value, managing PoCs, and aligning proposed solutions with the product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid (New York City), 3x/week in-office

Salary: $120K – $150K (Base) + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through to PoCs and closed deals.
• Conduct deep technical discovery and multi-stakeholder workshops to design tailored solutions.
• Own technical demonstrations and architecture design, including integrations and data flows.
• Manage security, compliance, and procurement processes on behalf of the customer during deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align solutions with the roadmap and feed back customer insights.
• Support onboarding and expansion efforts to ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven track record of managing and closing enterprise-scale deals.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to C-Level executives.
• Strong skills in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to quickly shifting priorities.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement (3x/week in-office).
