What you will do

• Define and deliver target architectures, strategies, and roadmaps to support the product suite.
• Partner with Technical Leads to provide guidance on feature delivery, tech debt reduction, and architecture improvements.
• Lead the shift to an AI-First way of working, architecting new SDLC foundations to drive productivity.
• Mentor and coach Senior Engineers and Technical Leads on engineering and architectural excellence.
• Head up architectural reviews to ensure quality, reliability, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Product Directors to translate product vision into technical deliverables.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large, complex product suites in scaling, fast-moving environments.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and scalable integration patterns.
• Proven ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences to achieve outcomes.
• Experience guiding teams through architectural design, MVP/0-1 thinking, and framework adoption.
• Practical knowledge of PHP, Node, React, Python, MySQL, and AWS.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
