Salary: $205,000–$275,000 annual base + 20% target bonus

What you will do
- Translate overall technology strategy into executable OKRs, KPIs, and investment theses, ensuring alignment between budgets and capacity.
- Run the technical RFC process and technology review cadence to maintain design-doc hygiene and crisp decision records.
- Manage the enterprise technology portfolio, resolving cross-team dependencies and driving the critical path for initiatives.
- Build and operate the leadership rhythm, including weekly staff meetings, QBRs, and technical deep dives.
- Craft executive-level communications for the board and town halls, serving as a proxy for the EVP in key decision forums.
- Champion engineering health by integrating SLIs/SLOs, DORA, and SPACE metrics into resourcing and priority calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Engineering, Architecture, or Product/TPM roles, including senior leadership in a 500+ employee org.
- Ability to evaluate technical designs involving cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), data platforms (Snowflake), and AI/ML services.
- Expertise in OKR governance, portfolio management, and applying Team Topologies at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders with high discretion.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
