Salary: $80,000–$112,000 per year (base) + commission

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with mid-market and enterprise law firms.
  • Lead discovery calls and demos to uncover client needs and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
  • Create strategic account plans to maximize opportunities and ensure a sustainable book of business.
  • Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Engineering to advocate for client needs and shape feature development.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and travel up to 30% for client meetings.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with ACVs between $50,000 and $200,000.
  • Experience in outbound sales and full-cycle consultative sales.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and strong operational discipline in pipeline management.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling into the legal industry or adjacent verticals.
  • BA/BS degree.
