Focus on facilitating high-quality executive meetings, refining GTM playbooks, and navigating complex enterprise decision-making processes.

Location: Remote (USA). Remote teammates must be able to travel at least twice per year to Nashville, TN or other designated locations for company events.

What you will do

• Leverage professional network to secure warm introductions with C-suite and real estate lending leaders at target banks and private lenders.
• Orchestrate and participate in high-quality first meetings to establish executive rapport and navigate early risk/compliance questions.
• Translate market conversations into actionable GTM messaging, talk tracks, and stakeholder maps by segment.
• Identify patterns in executive priorities to refine value narratives and advise on event strategy.
• Coordinate with AEs and SEs on account strategy, multi-threading, and executive alignment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in banking leadership, credit/risk, CRE/mortgage lending, or as a senior advisor.
• An active, current network with bank C-suite and real estate lending leaders for immediate warm intros.
• Fluency in credit policy, loan administration/servicing workflows, portfolio monitoring, and risk controls.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must be based in the USA.
