What you will do

  • Own the collectibles and mailers strategy to align with brand positioning and product launches.
  • Develop on-brand concepts for mailers and collectibles to elevate brand presence in culture.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Partner with ID and CMF teams to refine designs, copy, and materials.
  • Track program performance using engagement metrics and consumer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
  • Ensure global scalability and brand consistency across regional markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, packaging, product marketing, or experiential marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing physical brand assets such as collectibles or licensed products.
  • Experience supporting multi-market rollouts and working with global teams.
  • Familiarity with creative production, print processes, and manufacturing timelines.
  • Experience managing budgets and external production partners.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across various organizational levels.
