What you will do
- Own the collectibles and mailers strategy to align with brand positioning and product launches.
- Develop on-brand concepts for mailers and collectibles to elevate brand presence in culture.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
- Partner with ID and CMF teams to refine designs, copy, and materials.
- Track program performance using engagement metrics and consumer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
- Ensure global scalability and brand consistency across regional markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, packaging, product marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Proven track record of developing physical brand assets such as collectibles or licensed products.
- Experience supporting multi-market rollouts and working with global teams.
- Familiarity with creative production, print processes, and manufacturing timelines.
- Experience managing budgets and external production partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across various organizational levels.
