What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine.
• Create complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
• Develop custom widgets and UI components for the Service Portal using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Drive integration efforts with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical oversight and establishing best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher.
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and Service Portal development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and experience with AWS.
• Proven experience leading development teams and working with CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
