What you will do

• Configure, administer, and maintain AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and system enhancements to optimize service desk operations.
• Implement AWS Connect connectors, no-code UI Builder, and dynamic workflows.
• Support ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) integrations and related processes.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing system maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize ITSM solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience with AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice in enterprise IT (5,000+ end users).
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and configuring ITSM applications and workflows.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS Connect integrators, connectors, and no-code UI Builder.
• Minimum 6 months of experience implementing ServiceNow SIR bridges.
• AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate Certification required.
• Must be based in or able to work in Sacramento, CA for Government Services.
