What you will do

• Lead the SOX 404 compliance program, including testing, reporting, and monitoring of business process cycles.
• Conduct operational and financial audits, including fieldwork and reporting to senior management.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure transparency and cooperation during audits and process improvements.
• Perform walkthroughs of business cycles and maintain Risk and Control Matrices.
• Develop a comprehensive ERM risk management framework to monitor key risk activities for North America entities.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting policies, internal business controls, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7-9 years of experience in internal/external auditing and SOX compliance.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA.

• Oracle experience.
• Big Public Accounting experience.
• MBA degree.
