What you will do

  • Collaborate with account executives and sales engineering teams to position consulting services to customers.
  • Map customer business objectives and use cases to the correct implementation packages.
  • Lead functional and technical discovery to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) and change orders.
  • Present recommendations for implementation, optimization, and expert services to clients.
  • Promote and grow professional services as a paid offering both internally and externally.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the hirify.global product line, APIs, and integrations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austin, Chicago, NYC, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco
  • 4+ years of experience selling and positioning Professional Services.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Professional Services or consulting organization.
  • Proven expertise in scoping, sizing, and negotiating structured SOWs.
  • Knowledge of Web, Cloud, and Integration architectures and API data integration approaches.
  • Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications and CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics preferred).
