What you will do

• Redesign global training programs using multimedia, AI personas, simulations, and adaptive pathways.
• Shift learning from instructor-based to self-taught models by leveraging modern technology.
• Lead the creation of engaging new-hire training and global product launch readiness programs.
• Introduce AI-driven assessment models to evaluate decision-making, empathy, and real-world readiness.
• Partner with Global QA and Operations to close skill gaps and ensure consistent performance.
• Ensure training is globally scalable while tailoring content for local markets and consumer nuances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, training, or enablement roles.
• Demonstrated success modernizing slide-based training into interactive, AI-enhanced, and self-directed experiences.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, personalization, skills mapping, and learning analytics.
• Experience scaling learning programs across global teams, ensuring localization and cultural relevance.
• Fluency in English and French required.
