What you will do

• Execute contracted training programs and ensure compliance with regulations and customer agreements.
• Lead and manage a team of air traffic service instructors, including performance reviews and qualification tracking.
• Plan and schedule training delivery to ensure contractual obligations are met on time.
• Collaborate with recruitment to identify staffing needs and ensure adequate resource loading.
• Maintain and update training documentation, manuals, and courseware to meet business requirements.
• Report on monthly KPIs and foster a strong culture of safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a people leader in building teams and fostering positive work culture.
• Professional aviation background with leadership or project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other internet-based programs.
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week.
