TL;DR
Group Training Specialist (LegalTech): Delivering instructor-led product training to accelerate customer adoption of legal AI tools with an accent on engaging facilitation and personalized onboarding. Focus on improving customer confidence, updating courseware based on feedback, and driving measurable adoption and retention metrics.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary (office attendance minimum twice per week)
Salary: $70,200 – $95,000 CAD

What you will do
- Deliver live product training sessions to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption.
- Update instructor-led courseware based on delivery experience, customer feedback, and product upgrades.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align training outcomes with onboarding and expansion initiatives.
- Capture and share customer insights to strengthen other Customer Education workstreams.
- Coach team members on delivery standards and provide chat/Q&A assistance during classes.
- Manage scheduling to meet delivery utilization targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, or customer education.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and success in leading group learning experiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Expertise or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance facilitation and scalability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to rapidly learn new software and legal industry concepts.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering training programs in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with legal technology, CRM, case management, or project management tools.
- Ability to adapt facilitation style to diverse audiences and customer segments.
- Track record of driving measurable outcomes like adoption, retention, or satisfaction.
