TL;DR

Professional Services Consultant (Managed Services (AI)): Developing and optimizing revenue operations and platform configurations for enterprise customers with an accent on revenue process refinement and long-term value realization. Focus on leading discovery workshops, translating sales methodologies into technical solutions, and building scalable consultative playbooks.

Location: Dublin. Willingness to travel across EMEA.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery workshops to surface business requirements, uncover revenue process pain, and define the configuration and adoption approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, from executive sponsors to end-users, providing industry knowledge and revenue domain expertise.
  • Translate forecasting, pipeline, and sales engagement practices into well-designed platform solutions.
  • Develop enterprise-grade solution designs, process maps, strategic roadmaps, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, and Product teams to ensure aligned workstream progress.
  • Contribute to practice development by refining discovery frameworks and consultative playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience within a go-to-market organization or consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as forecasting, sales engagement platforms, pipeline management, or revenue operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and produce polished, executive-level deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) or forecasting tools (Clari, Aviso).
  • Experience with AI workflow configuration, including agent customization and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM integrations, SSO, and API/OAuth connections.
