TL;DR

What you will do

  • Define CRM visions and roadmaps, acting as a strategic advisor for project implementations.
  • Analyze customer journeys and business processes to identify improvements across sales, marketing, and service areas.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical CRM solution specifications.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Service, and IT departments.
  • Contribute to internal offer development by interpreting CRM innovations and challenges.
  • Explore market needs and present proposals to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in strategic, business analysis, or product owner roles within CRM projects.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in service design methodologies (personas, customer journeys, service blueprints).
  • Trilingual proficiency: Dutch, French, and English.
  • Must possess a valid work permit for Belgium (employer cannot provide sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Knowledge of Agile and experience acting as a Scrum Master.
