What you will do
- Partner with Solutions leadership to design long-term operational strategies for scalable growth.
- Develop robust capacity models to identify hiring needs and prioritize resources multiple quarters ahead.
- Define and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in customer experience.
- Own the business cadence, driving key motions for leadership accountability and transparency.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving win-rates, retention, and adoption.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to influence executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics.
- 1-2 years of specific experience supporting a Sales or Technical Sales organization (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL.
- Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with deep-dive analytical execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for influencing non-technical stakeholders.
