Financial Analyst (Retail/CPG)

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to analyze revenue, margin, pricing, and promotional performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Mexico business.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and growth initiatives.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and performance summaries for local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to analyze cost drivers, inventory impacts, and working capital trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling.
• Based in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Experience supporting Mexico or LATAM markets.
• Exposure to consumer products, retail, or CPG environments.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI, or Snowflake.
