Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, local statutory requirements, and internal accounting policies.
• Manage foreign currency transactions, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and consolidations.
• Lead accounting team development, establish internal controls, and support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process/system improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting operations across multiple countries and legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP system experience (QuickBooks Online is a plus).
