What you will do

• Originate and develop new corporate client relationships across key sectors in the Mexican market.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for selected corporate clients, financial sponsors, and financial institutions.
• Coordinate cross-sell initiatives across hirify.global product platforms, includhirify.global lendhirify.global, financial markets, transaction services, and DCM.
• Lead strategic dialogues with senior executives (CEOs, CFOs) regardhirify.global financhirify.global solutions and market opportunities.
• Oversee transaction execution, includhirify.global the review and negotiation of credit agreements, term sheets, and legal documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to regional and global strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in corporate, investment, or wholesale bankhirify.global coverage roles within the Mexican market.
• Established professional network across relevant sectors, includhirify.global corporates and financial sponsors in Mexico.
• Proven ability to originate and coordinate complex bankhirify.global solutions across multiple products.
• Strong understandhirify.global of corporate finance, credit, and capital markets.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineerhirify.global, or related disciplines.
