TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound outreach to grow the revenue pipeline with an accent on cold calling and value-based discovery. Focus on maintaining a healthy pipeline, conducting high-volume outreach, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

Location: Remote (Must be based in one of the following US states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA)

Salary: $70k OTE ($24.04 hourly + $20k variable)

What you will do

  • Perform high-volume outbound outreach (70+ cold calls per day), emails, and texts to qualify churches and nonprofits.
  • Conduct value-based discovery to understand prospect challenges and articulate hirify.global's unique value proposition.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments daily between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Prospect 5-10 accounts daily and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Outreach.io for pipeline building and follow-up management.
  • Blueprint accounts by identifying and documenting accurate key decision-maker contacts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience (preferred, but not required).
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX, Google Platforms, and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ask thoughtful discovery questions.
  • Resilience and positivity in a metric-driven call center environment.
