What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for Account Managers and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure strong fit and conversion potential.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on a fixed book of accounts to drive growth.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts, decision-makers, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Highspot to craft tailored messaging for prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and refine strategies using Gong interaction insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
