What you will do

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants and employers.
• Provide high-quality service within a call center environment for retirement savings accounts.
• Educate customers on plan updates and critical changes without cold calling or sales.
• Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Handle general account changes based on customer direction.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Must reside within commuting distance of Las Vegas for periodic in-person meetings.
• Associate degree and 1+ year of customer service experience OR 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, including non-traditional hours and occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to provide a reliable high-speed wired internet connection at home.
