What you will do

• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through hirify.global’s AIOS.
• Map current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate into tangible revenue outcomes.
• Execute adoption and change management initiatives to embed hirify.global into daily team rhythms and drive behavior change.
• Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes and demonstrate strategic ROI.
• Own renewal strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to manage account expansion.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience working within the Healthcare industry or with Healthcare customers.
• Track record of managing relationships and leading ROI conversations with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Must be based in the United States.
