TL;DR

Account Development Representative (Fintech): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and discovery. Focus on identifying growth within existing clients and delivering high-quality leads to enable revenue growth.

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Salary: $102,500 (Base + Commission)

What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for AMs and BDRs.
  • Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure high conversion potential.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and CSMs on a fixed book of accounts to build pipeline and drive growth.
  • Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts and decision-makers.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce to craft tailored messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and refine sales strategies based on interaction insights from Gong.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
