Account Development Representative (Fintech): Generating qualified opportunities and driving early-stage pipeline within Core accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and discovery. Salary: $102,500 (Base + Commission)

What you will do
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to create qualified opportunities for AMs and BDRs.
- Conduct discovery calls and thoroughly qualify prospects to ensure high conversion potential.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and CSMs on a fixed book of accounts to build pipeline and drive growth.
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new contacts and decision-makers.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Salesforce to craft tailored messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and refine sales strategies based on interaction insights from Gong.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of outbound prospecting experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
