What you will do

• Support sales targets by managing asset movement and asset gathering transactions.
• Ensure incoming rollover requests comply with Plan and Internal Revenue Code (tax) provisions.
• Handle high-volume operational and procedural inquiries via telephone and email from participants and advisors.
• Educate customers on distribution options and tax implications for retirement accounts and IRAs.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through profiling and strategic hand-offs to specialized teams.
• Process trade requests and research request statuses in coordination with back-office personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2 years’ experience in defined contribution recordkeeping or plan administration.
• Basic understanding of IRAs and the qualified retirement plan environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations (required within established timelines) and FINRA fingerprinting.

• Deep understanding of brokerage and mutual fund industries.
• Technical experience with pension rules and regulations.
