What you will do
- Provide first-level technical support for UR cobots, controllers, software, and MiR robots and fleet systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues using established tools.
- Manage technical support cases in the ticketing system and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with global support teams and escalate complex issues to specialized engineers.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and process documentation to improve support efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics & Communications, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum 1 year of technical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability to work 24/7 shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
- Must be based in Cebu; no relocation or visa sponsorship is available.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, motors, or industrial controllers.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting).
- Experience with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) or collaborative robots (cobots).
- Experience using CRM or case management tools like Salesforce.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese (language premium applies).
