What you will do

• Lead the SOX 404 compliance program for North America and Canada, including testing, reporting, and monitoring of business process cycles.
• Perform detailed walkthroughs of business cycles and maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RCM) and deficiency trackers.
• Conduct operational and financial audits, including fieldwork, report writing, and presentations to senior management.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive ERM risk management framework to identify and monitor key risk activities.
• Manage regional SOX auditors to ensure timely completion of 404 testing, ITACs, and key report reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business process teams to resolve risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in internal/external auditing and SOX compliance practices.
• Experience in the manufacturing or CPG industry is required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.
• Strong understanding of COSO framework, US GAAP, and IFRS.
• Must be located in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
