Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Miami, FL (minimum 3 days per week onsite)

Salary: $21 - $32 per hour

What you will do

• Own end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of business problems from data gathering to insight communication.
• Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows, including data preparation pipelines.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models actively used by internal teams.
• Identify trends and patterns in datasets to translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes to automate high-friction business processes.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to team leads and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or graduated within the past year.
• Ability to work full-time (40h/week) with minimum 3 days per week onsite in Miami, FL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Demonstrated experience building with LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience working with real-world or messy datasets.
