What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows for complex data interpretation and knowledge extraction.
• Build systems to convert unstructured content into structured representations.
• Develop and optimize retrieval approaches using semantic and lexical search techniques.
• Prototype and productionize generative AI solutions for real-world business use cases.
• Design evaluation frameworks to assess the performance, relevance, and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Build and monitor data pipelines for ongoing extraction and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience building AI, Machine Learning, and NLP solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience deploying applied AI/LLM and generative systems in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience building data and AI pipelines.
• Proficiency in relational, non-relational, and semantic data stores.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, system design, and version control.
• Must be based in the Nashville, TN office for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience with specific Natural Language Processing methods and applications.
