What you will do

• Develop and implement AI solutions for hirify.global Z mainframe environments, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and MCP servers.
• Build automation scripts and tools using Python and Bash to enhance mainframe operations and infrastructure management.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems using Fast MCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize mainframe workflows through AI-driven insights.
• Participate in proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate the value of LLMs in enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent, Bash, and AI tools like Fast MCP (or MCP Generation).
• Understanding of LLM usage and prompt engineering.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship for the United States.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Poughkeepsie, New York.
