What you will do

• Act as the technical expert positioning Snowflake's AI and ML features to stakeholders across the Americas.
• Partner with account teams to scope and drive POCs to success and demonstrate business value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence AI/ML roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Publish technical content, including blog posts, conference presentations, and demos.
• Develop and maintain Sales Engineering AI/ML assets and customer stories.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions in the cloud.
• Proficiency in generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning.
• Deep knowledge of Python and ML packages (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch) and data engineering tools (dbt, Airflow, Spark).
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of tools in the LLM ecosystem such as LlamaIndex or other OSS packages.
• Experience with large-scale IaaS platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP).
• 1+ years of practical Snowflake experience.
• Knowledge of large-scale database technology (Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum).
