What you will do

• Lead the Front-End Innovation team in concept creation, design storytelling, and early platform exploration across all categories.
• Inspire Industrial Designers and Product Design Engineers to generate physical and visual prototypes to sell future-focused ideas.
• Pitch and align future concepts with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with Mechanical Engineering, R&D, and Product Marketing to ensure scalable product strategies.
• Apply deep knowledge of materials and manufacturing (injection molding, die casting, sheet metal) and DFM/DFA to ensure feasibility.
• Integrate user insights and trend forecasting to shape future design visions.

Requirements

• Degree in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product design and innovation for high-volume consumer goods.
• Rich portfolio of category-defining consumer products with successful commercialization.
• Proven leadership in mentoring creative teams and fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Suite.
• Must be based in Needham, MA, United States
