Principal Product Designer (Sports): Defining the vision and design strategy for the playback experience of live sports and entertainment on Peacock with an accent on cross-platform usability and dynamic data integration. Location: Hybrid, requires contributing from the office in New York, NY at least four days per week

Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and design direction for playback experiences on Peacock.
• Deliver production-ready UX designs aligned with business goals for domestic and international audiences.
• Drive stakeholder and leadership alignment around research insights and design decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and provide creative direction to other designers while defining product patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate sports and live content experiences across TV, Web, and Mobile.
• Maintain high attention to detail in experience designs, UX guides, and information architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in UX and product design.
• Proven experience as a design leader with the ability to direct others through the creative process.
• Fluency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep knowledge of cross-platform standards for Roku, Fire TV, Samsung, Apple TV, and X1.
• Experience with accessibility, localization, and internationalization best practices.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.
