What you will do

• Lead high-impact design work integrating hardware and companion software across the PWS portfolio.
• Conceptualize intuitive experiences based on user insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to unify design vision and execution.
• Produce visual and interaction design assets including flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Drive iterative design processes and validation to ensure world-class product outcomes.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems for hardware and software consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, Product, Interaction, or Experience Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and execution across digital and physical design intersections.
• Deep commitment to human-centered design and translating insights into elegant solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering partners to translate design into practical implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating and advocating for design choices.
• Must be based in or able to work from Shanghai, China.
