What you will do

• Coordinate proposal and RFI activities by maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation.
• Write and edit internal-facing content, including daily growth status updates and opportunity summaries.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline data accuracy to prepare inputs for leadership reporting.
• Organize and maintain SharePoint libraries, templates, and internal documents.
• Provide execution and writing support during proposal surges and high-volume periods.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with a proposal or business development team.
• Demonstrated history of delivering clear, accurate written content such as summaries and status reports.
• Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in McLean, VA.

Nice to have

• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into concise written outputs.
• CF APMP, Shipley, or related certifications.
• Familiarity with structured processes, templates, and trackers.
• Interest in federal contracting or professional services environments.
