Assurance Manager / Audit Manager (US Clients)

What you will do

• Oversee multiple audit engagements and resolve legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
• Manage client services including audit strategy, business plans, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction.
• Research and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.
• Mentor and train staff, providing regular feedback and career guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to service US-based clients with high complexity and risk exposure.

Requirements

• Licensed CPA or currently in the process of obtaining the CPA.
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting across various industries.
• Experience auditing complex accounts such as revenue, inventory, and equity/stock options.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, regulatory frameworks, and compliance.

Nice to have

• SEC experience.
• U.S. accounting credentials.
