What you will do

• Oversee the operations of the accounting department and manage parent/subsidiary accounts.
• Successfully run annual audits and manage financial reporting for the board of directors.
• Implement and enhance financial systems to ensure scalability during company growth.
• Strengthen internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
• Support cross-functional teams with insights on spending, profitability, and ROI.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions while overseeing external auditors and tax accountants.

Requirements

• Must have CPA certification.
• Over 10 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Extensive experience working within or for a SaaS company.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP principles.
• Proven track record of managing a small, high-performing accounting team.
• Experience with system implementations and financial process improvements.
