What you will do

• Lead early-stage concept exploration, 3D modeling, and prototyping to define product direction.
• Develop and refine 3D forms to achieve world-class aesthetics and usability.
• Apply DFM principles and resolve tooling challenges to ensure production-ready CAD.
• Research new trends, materials (plastics, metals, glass), and processes to advance design capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global design, engineering, and manufacturing partners.
• Mentor junior designers and lead end-to-end design programs from concept to manufacturing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Design with a track record of taking products through to mass production.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools: Rhino and SolidWorks.
• Skill in visual storytelling using KeyShot, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Deep knowledge of DFM and manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design.
