What you will do

• Support global cross-functional teams for assigned supplier transfer projects.
• Manage CMF design updates to enhance manufacturability, performance, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct supplier design reviews and support CMF specification updates for 2nd source development.
• Implement corporate sustainability strategies, including the phase-in of PCR materials and VOC-free paints.
• Utilize project management tools to communicate plans and manage risks in engineering design.
• Independently resolve complex CMF technical issues and serve as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in mechanical, chemical, or material engineering.
• 3-5 years of CMF experience in the consumer product industry.
• 5+ years of experience in CMF processes (printing, painting, plating, PVD, IMD, etc.).
• Excellent proficiency in Mandarin and English (Reading/Speaking/Writing).
• Ability to travel overseas to locations such as Vietnam and Thailand.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in volume manufacturing.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience as a project engineer.
