Location: Hybrid; based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Boston, MA, or Toronto, ON

What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, acting as a core member of leadership teams to drive organizational health.
  • Partner with leaders to align team structures and talent plans with the AI product roadmap.
  • Use organizational data and metrics to diagnose issues and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Recruitment, and Compensation to ensure integrated and scalable people initiatives.
  • Identify organizational gaps and propose structural changes to maintain growth speed.
  • Take full responsibility for global programs, such as performance and engagement surveys.

Requirements

  • Seasoned HRBP experience within high-growth tech or AI sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence senior technical leaders and drive complex projects to completion.
  • Comfort with having difficult conversations and providing clear, actionable recommendations to executives.
  • Deep understanding of tech company operations to make business-driven HR decisions.
  • Ability to operate between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution in undefined environments.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (contingent upon citizenship/residency status).
