What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 Agile teams.
• Coach teams and the organization on Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to team progress.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure team effectiveness using Agile metrics.
• Support PI Planning activities, including capacity planning and prioritization.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Okemos, MI
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience and 5 years of experience leading projects or teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and servant leadership.
• Experience with Kanban and Agile delivery practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Scrum Practitioner (SP) certification.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification.
• Experience with ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing.
