What you will do

• Lead operational management for Amazon Canada, including demand planning, inventory health, and trade spend performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional forecasting and order management in partnership with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on sales performance, margins, and promotional effectiveness to inform future strategies.
• Manage trade spend investments and evaluate ROI for promotional plans.
• Collaborate with customer demand planning and replenishment teams to align forecasts and service-level expectations.
• Develop executive-level reporting and business reviews for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in sales operations or supply chain within the consumer products industry.
• Proven experience supporting Amazon or large-scale retail accounts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business analytics tools.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for corporate events and HQ visits in the USA.
