What you will do

  • Develop and maintain operational reporting for the inbound lead management and activation funnel.
  • Generate actionable insights from sales and marketing data to improve lead conversion.
  • Define and optimize processes for lead intake, qualification, routing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology teams globally.
  • Improve lead routing and prioritization to ensure optimal pipeline conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong experience in inbound funnel management and activation/onboarding optimization.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools such as Gong, 6sense, or ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with BI tools including Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
