TL;DR

Head of ISV Partnerships (AI): Defining and scaling global relationships with software partners to drive co-innovation and ecosystem adoption with an accent on AI/ML frameworks and compute platforms. Focus on driving indirect revenue and aligning partner priorities with the product roadmap.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Santa Clara (CA), Austin (TX), or Boston (MA)

Salary: $100k - $500k

What you will do

  • Own the global ISV strategy to drive ecosystem growth, software enablement, and indirect revenue.
  • Develop high-impact partnerships across AI/ML frameworks, enterprise software, and vertical solutions.
  • Lead joint GTM efforts, including co-marketing, technical integration, and sales alignment with clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to align partner priorities with the roadmap and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing ISV partnerships in AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML stacks and developer ecosystems.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset balancing long-term strategy with measurable business outcomes.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
