International Expansions Lead (AI): Designing market entry strategies and building landing sales teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM with an accent on driving early commercial traction and GTM execution. Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $190,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop the global expansion roadmap and business cases to justify new market entry decisions.
• Design and execute market entry strategies to drive initial commercial traction in priority international markets.
• Act as interim lead for new markets by recruiting landing teams and winning early lighthouse deals.
• Run executive engagement programs to maximize the commercial impact of leadership visits.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Global Affairs to adapt GTM narratives to local contexts.
• Build repeatable playbooks and processes to accelerate the speed of international expansion.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in GTM, business development, or market expansion roles.
• Proven track record of building commercial operations from zero in new geographies.
• Ability to operate at both strategic (market entry thesis) and transactional (deal process) levels.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for interaction with government and enterprise leaders.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to define the role's scope independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
