What you will do

• Own the Pure Player execution in LATAM, focusing on sustainable growth and margin expansion in Brazil.
• Manage key KPIs including POS, contribution margin, ASP, conversion, and inventory health.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and manage commercial negotiations for promotions and media investments.
• Optimize SKU content, promotional calendars, and media activation to improve on-site performance.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to optimize fulfillment strategies such as MELI Full, Flex, and FBM.
• Provide clear performance insights and commercial narratives for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplace management, or key account management.
• Hands-on experience managing Pure Player platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be based in Miami, Florida, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience operating in LATAM markets, particularly Brazil.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience working within a COE or global operating model.
