What you will do

• Manage B2C eCommerce operations across platforms including Amazon, Talabat, Noon Minutes, Breadfast, and Rabbit.
• Drive net revenue, market share, and profitability through joint business plans and growth strategies with partners.
• Optimize the digital shelf, focusing on product assortment, content quality, and search visibility.
• Lead the execution of key commercial campaigns such as Ramadan, Black Friday, and Back to School.
• Analyze channel KPIs including sales, conversion, and traffic to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Coordinate with supply chain and distributors to maintain high service levels and product availability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or key account management.
• Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces like Amazon, Talabat, Noon, or similar.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

• Experience working with FMCG brands.
